The holiday park 'Vallée de Rabais' is located 2 km from Virton, in the heart of the Gaume region, also known as the Belgian Provence thanks to its microclimate.

The extensive forests around the park provide a wonderful environment for walks and bike rides. The culinary specialties of the area will surprise you. Vallée de Rabais is an ideal destination for sports enthusiasts, where you can rent a pedal boat or kayak in the summer and enjoy the lake.

The cottages for 6 or 8 people are perfectly integrated in the environment and are mostly on a southern slope. You are welcome here with your family or group of friends.

The lake is undoubtedly an asset for this park, especially during the summer months, you can sail with a water bike or kayak. Fishing (permit for 1 day or half a day).

A laundry with washing machine and dryer are available. Hiking maps are available at the reception.

In the close vicinity of the park the following activities are possible: horse riding, swimming, mountain bike, walks, kayak on the Semois, etc.

Recommended itinerary:
- Via Brussels: A411 direction Namur - Luxembourg. Follow E411 until Habay, exit 29. Follow direction Virton. After about 15km, a few kilometers before Virton turn left to Vallée de Rabais.

- Via Luik: follow direction Ardennes. Follow the E25 until Bastogne / Neufchateau. Take the E411 towards Luxembourg / Arlon. Follow E411 until Habay, exit 29. Follow direction Virton. After about 15km, a few kilometers before Virton turn left to Vallée de Rabais. The key of your house can be picked up at the reception of the park.

For the day of arrival with an arrangement (Pentecost, Christmas, New Year), the reception is open as on Friday.

Throughout the year numerous animations are provided in the villages of the area: local markets, flea markets, craft markets, music festival in Virton (June), street artists in Chassepierre (penultimate weekend of August), Christmas markets, etc.

The reception team will be happy to inform you about these options during your stay.

The beauty of the woods, the flowery meadows, the natural areas, the religious, military or civilian patrimony of the Gaume are an ideal holiday destination for everyone. Starting from the Vallée de Rabais holiday park, the following trips are worth a trip:

In the southernmost part of the province of Luxembourg, in the heart of the Gaume, lies the small charming town of Virton. Its hilly and wooded surroundings enjoy an extraordinary micro-climate, giving it the name of 'Belgian Provence'. Virton is ideal for trips to the fort of Montmédy (F), the abbey of Orval where real beer canisters are brewed and the city of Luxembourg with its historic center and wonderful shopping opportunities.
