Durbuy – also called smallest town in the world – is located alongside the Ourthe river, on the edge of the Ardennes. Its large choice of gastronomic restaurants, typical pubs or terraces and its nice shops make it very popular. In Durbuy, tiny cobbled streets wind between the ancient houses and the walls of fragrant mews. Several events are organised in the city centre, one of them being the famous Christmas Market in December. Durbuy also is an ideal place for walks, mountain bike or horse rides in the woods but also to descent the Ourthe by Kayak.
