Ground floor: professional equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, fridge, electric fryer, hot plates), drawing room (TV, DVD, CD), bar with fridges, veranda with dining room and entertainment place (billiard and kicker). 2 WC. First floor: 5 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with 1 x bunk beds and 3 bedrooms with 2 singles) + 1 dormitory (14 x bunk beds + 3 x bunk beds with 2 levels). Sauna, 2 bathrooms each with bath/shower and toilet, 3 separate showers with sink and 1 toilet. Large terrace with garden furniture and table tennis. Central heating. Access to all the facilities of the holiday village: indoor and outdoor swimming pool, playground, location DVD. The dining room can receive until 40 persons. ANIMALS ALLOWED.

Durbuy-Barvaux

Durbuy – also called smallest town in the world – is located alongside the Ourthe river, on the edge of the Ardennes. Its large choice of gastronomic restaurants, typical pubs or terraces and its nice shops make it very popular. In Durbuy, tiny cobbled streets wind between the ancient houses and the walls of fragrant mews. Several events are organised in the city centre, one of them being the famous Christmas Market in December. Durbuy also is an ideal place for walks, mountain bike or horse rides in the woods but also to descent the Ourthe by Kayak.
