As soon as your booking is finished, it is sent to our system and we send you within 24 hours a confirmation on your E-Mail.

If you choose for a house that can only be booked on demand, you’ll receive a Mail to inform you that your demand is treated.

Of course it is possible and we recommend you to book it. If you have to cancel your reservation for an urgent reason, you can benefit this insurance and get all paid monies back.

This insurance has to be booked when making your reservation. The demand can be found on the booking form.

You’ve received a message telling you that technical problems occurred.

Before leaving, check the costs you’ll have to pay on arrival at the reception.

All those cost are clearly mentioned in every house or resort description.

In each house description, you’ll find the exact amount of the deposit you have to pay. You can pay it cash and most of the times with visa or Eurocard/Mastercard.
You can also pay it with Bancontact if you stay in following resorts or get you keys at Ourthe& Somme : Domaine du Bonsoy, Vallée de Rabais, Les Doyards, Le Vieux Sart, les Horlès, Domaine de Chôdes.

For holiday resorts :
If you leave within the opening times of the reception, your deposit will be immediately returned, after having paid the possible costs.

For individual houses :
We will return your deposit on your bank account within 4 weeks following your departure .

Dogs are allowed in all holiday resorts, if you respect the rules.

If you want to book an individual house, you should control the description, dogs are not always allowed.

We advice you to book child cots or chairs when making your reservation. Most of the reception have some at disposal but it could happen that all of them are already rent out.

All houses have a fully equipped kitchen and bedding. You just have to bring your sheets an towels.

Sometimes, sheets and pillows are already included in your booking (Les Jardins du Golf / Résidence Durbuy : sheets and pillows , Domaine de Chôdes : sheets). You always have the opportunity to rent sheets. We advice you to book them when making your reservation.

On Fridays, all receptions are open until 6 pm and some until 8 pm (Vallée de Rabais/Les Horlès/LesDoyards/Vieux Sart/La Boverie/ Ourthe & Somme). If you think you won’t arrive in time or the day after, it is absolutely necessary to join the reception at the number that is written on your voucher (way to go). If you plan to arrive after the opening times, we will ask you a credit card number to get the keys of your bungalow. If you don’t have a credit card, you can also pay your deposit by bank. Please contact our reservations desk at the following number (00.32) 86.32.21.19.

You can get the keys of your bungalow starting 16.00. As we have to clean several houses at the same time, it is not possible to enter your bungalow earlier. If you plan to arrive after our opening times, please do contact the reception beforehand. (See ‘What to do if I arrive after the opening times of the reception?).

The day of departure, you have to leave your bungalow at least at 10 o’clock. The cleaning will then be done by our cleaning service. You can start your journey back relaxed.

Most of the regions do suit to mountain bike trips – you can buy special maps in most of our receptions. If they don’t have some, they will indicate you the nearest Tourist Office.

If you want to plan you holidays, you can also join the Touring Club or OPT.

In case of heavy snow fall, there are many possibilities to do wintersports.

You could for example go to ‘Baraque de Fraiture’ or the region of ‘Hautes Fagnes’ (Ovifat and Ferme Libert) to ski short slopes. In this region – as well as in the region of La Roche and surroundings of Oignies, you can also practice cross-country skiing. Most of the sites give you the opportunity to rent skis and in some places you can also rent snow scooters (Baraque de Fraiture and Baraque Michel).
